What this site knows about you: as close to nothing as static pages allow.
The receipts culture applies to conduct too: this page states what actually happens, and it changes before practice does, never after.
SCOPE
This page governs gaige.dev and the gaige Python package. It is short because there is little to disclose, and keeping it that way is a design goal with the same standing as any other on this site.
WHAT THE SITE DOES
gaige.dev serves static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics of its own, and embeds no third-party scripts, fonts, or pixels; your browser makes no external requests on our behalf. The one thing stored on your side is the display choice (the hunt/ink skin toggle), which lives in your browser’s localStorage and never leaves it.
The pages are delivered through Cloudflare’s network, which keeps ordinary infrastructure logs (IP address, request path, timing) under its own policy. That is the network operating, not this site collecting.
THE PACKAGE
pip install gaige phones nowhere. The package carries no telemetry, no update checks, no usage reporting. The only network calls it ever makes are the ones you invoke by name (fetching a corpus, or pulling a model through a provider you configured), and disconnected operation is a supported, documented mode, not an accident.
ADVERTISING
No advertising runs today. If it ever does, it will sit below the work, never inside a receipt or a procedure, and this page will change before it appears: the ad network named, the data it touches described, and a consent choice offered where one is owed. The footer’s “no external requests” line gets rewritten in the same deploy, because that line stays true or it comes down.
YOUR CHOICES
- Motion. A reduced-motion preference stills every animation on the site, the serpent included.
- Display. The ink skin renders paper-white with zero motion, for e-ink readers and printing; the toggle sits in every header.
- Stored state. Clearing localStorage for this site removes the skin choice, the only thing there is.
